Sameer joined Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd., Nashik on 5th JUNE '95 as a Executive Engineer. He worked there for 2 yrs. Being a Mechanical engineer & interested in Design, he began his career in R&D department. He was exclusively hired to work on a special project in LCV (light commercial Vehicle) group. They were building a 22 seater minibus. He was responsible for its brake designing, body design, vehicle packaging, coordination with vendors, shop floor prototypes, Bill of materials, costing. For Designing & Drafting he used extensively IDEAS and CATIA software. Working in this group, gave him good exposure form Project concept to Project execution. He was in this group for 1 year.
