- Working as Manager User Experience for more then a dozen Industry Vertical applications.
- Managing total UCD activities for Industry Applications like Financials Services, Telecommunications, Higher educations, Pharmaceutical & Clinical.
- Responsible for setting up Usability lab, recruiting designers, building UI team, coordinating with US Head quarters. Currently managing a team of people from India and US.
- Coaching the team and overseeing work on Interaction design, UI Standards and Patterns, Usability Lab testing and Remote testing
- Contribute to cross-functional team collaboration sessions, ensuring requirements and design concepts are communicated effectively across functional domains impacting the product
- Interact with Development, Product management and Strategy to define deliverables, timelines and validate designs.
- Write performance reviews. Determine compensation & career growth.
- Effectively manage shared resource schedules for optimum productivity and efficiency.
