I worked as “User Interaction Designer” & “Usability Specialist” at Mahindra British Telecom ltd, Pune for 2001. I worked in the field of Human-Computer interaction design (HCI), visual ergonomics, information design, cognitive psychology, User Centred Design, Usability Engineering.

I have worked on a number of projects for designing interactions & interfaces for:
Web: B2B web sites, Portals, Web applications
WAP (mobile phone interfaces)
SMS commands
Speech Interfaces – voice dialogue design
Micro browser interfaces for PDAs
Character Based Interfaces
