Voice Dialogue Design for Location based Service

Location based service had interface on Web, WAP, VOICE. After user study and task analysis, i created a work flow diagram. Then this diagram was transformed into voice cards. A voice card is simple MS Word page with system dialogue, system error message and possible user answers. Download a zip file and try few interactions. This is just sample pages.
