Existing design lacked
basic task flow. The user actions were
not clearly evident. Buttons, color
and layout was not intitutive and confusing. |

After discussing with
product manager and task analysis, a
proper work flow diagram was done to
identify tasks. Then most accessed buttons
were put on the top as a button bar,
left frame was kept for information
and accessing other modules. The server
status which was constaltly shown earlier
in top area , was now provided a link
action to pop up a window. |
